Everyone that joins Studio Undo must first attend our Basic Workshop classes. In these basic classes, we introduce you to the proper progression of the movements you will regularly execute, and to all the tools we use to help you reach a new level of health and fitness.

Adapted to suit all levels of fitness, this introductory session shows you what to expect and allows us to assess how to best guide you forward.
This session is pretty much the same format as our regular classes: a good warm-up, some mobility work, followed by a focus on a movement: the squat! The squat is an excellent indicator of your hips, knees, and ankles health. Don’t waste any time and get right down to it!
You will then sweat through a small workout and relax with a nice little stretch routine.
After this session, we’ll have a better understanding of what you want out of your workout and how to get you there.
Our Basic Workshop classes introduce you in the safest and most efficient way to the movements we will teach you. Typically, this is done in 6 classes but following the free trial, we will advise on the best option for you.
Expect 1h30 per class in a private setting, and up to 2h when in group setting.
For private Basic Workshop classes, the schedule is yours!
For group Basic Workshop classes, we offer a fixed schedule at a reduced rate for groups of max 4.
Once you graduate from the Basic Workshop classes, all you need is to choose the plan or pass that works best for you.
We offer various monthly memberships for our group classes, and class packages for group classes and private training.
